Zuniga focuses on maintaining Sukut’s people-centric culture, the primary force behind the company’s success while supporting the organization’s strategic vision.

Zuniga brings over 20 years of construction-based experience. Before joining Sukut, she served as the director of human resources for a mid-size mechanical subcontractor, directing various functions including human resources, payroll, safety, fleet, and risk. Zuniga helped grow the organization from 120 employees with $10 million in annual revenue to over 1,300 employees with $200 million in yearly revenue. Throughout her career, Zuniga has made tremendous contributions to organizational growth both organically and through acquisitions. Zuniga belongs to various human resources associations and serves as a member of PIHRA’s Riverside Chapter board.
