Gerber and Elder Creek Project

Sukut is working at the Gerber and Elder Creek project, a Lennar Homes development in Elk Grove, CA. Throughout the project, Sukut will install 7,600 linear feet of sewer mainline, which will provide efficient waste management for the entire development. Sukut will also implement 4,000 linear feet of storm drain systems designed to effectively manage surface runoff and reduce flooding risks, thereby ensuring the safety and sustainability of the community. Furthermore, the company will construct 7,400 linear feet of water lines to deliver a reliable and clean water supply essential for all residents’ daily needs.
