El Sobrante Landfill Phase 12 Liner and LCRS and Phase C2 Partial Final Closure Project

This is a combination of two projects. The first project was a 10-acre landfill closure that called out for the placement of a 4-foot cover on the existing slopes along with the installation of piping and finish.  The second project was a liner project, which includes the import and compaction of 60,000 tons of clay, 3,000 feet of LCRS piping, import and laydown of the 24,000 cubic yards of the drainage layer, as well as the installation of a 70,000 cubic yards of Protective Soil Cover.
