This hillside residential grading project was the last phase of the Porter Ranch development for Toll Brothers, Inc. It is located across the street from the first phase, which was also completed by Sukut. This project included over 5,500,000 cubic yards of mass excavation, 3,400,000 cubic yards of remedial grading and the development of 718 home sites.
