Jen HillHuman Resources Director
As director of human resources at Sukut Construction, Jen Hill is a strategic business partner and advisor to the senior management team regarding human resources operations. She advances the company’s long-range strategic talent management goals by investing strategically in multiple core human resources functions. Throughout her career in human resources, Jen served as a passionate people champion and an advocate for human-centered practice that makes work better for all. Jen leverages her comprehensive human resources background and finely honed judgment to build strong, trusting relationships with the executives whose vision she represents and the employees she serves.
Before joining Sukut in 2023, Jen held human resources leadership roles at aerospace, industrial and commercial door, and healthcare companies. She served as a strategic partner to executive teams and led a wide variety of change initiatives in the areas of talent management, employee relations, benefits and compensation, payroll, training and development, recruitment, and environmental health and safety.
Jen achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Leadership at Lipscomb University. She also holds a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
When not at work, Jen enjoys spending time with her family, four dogs, and friends, as well as skiing, hiking, traveling, and constructing cookie creations.
