Sukut Construction’s long-tenure employee, Kathy Siap was featured in the March/April 2024 issue of the SCCA magazine that highlighted women in construction. Kathy joined Sukut Construction, Sukut, in 2006 as a payroll clerk, steadily advancing to the role of payroll supervisor, managing the department.
With a career spanning 17 years, predominantly at Sukut, Kathy looks back fondly on the time she has spent with her colleagues. “The best part of my job is to be able to share my day with an amazing group of people,” she reflects. Witnessing the growth of the payroll department over time, Kathy feels fortunate to work within a team that not only respects one another but also motivates each other to strive for excellence continuously, “I am lucky to be surrounded by a team that continues to push each other to be the best version of ourselves each day.”
Kathy’s deep understanding of the industry, adept management skills, and compassionate approach to guiding her team to success significantly contribute to Sukut’s achievements. She firmly believes that dedication and hard work inevitably lead to progress, a principle that has become foundational to her professional culture and journey.
